MCp worked collaboratively with Willmott Dixon Construction and Daventry District Council (now West Northamptonshire Council) to deliver a town centre regeneration project comprising a public square, cinema, and restaurant complex, which was a finalist for two Planning Awards (Best Use of Brownfield Land and Best Use of Publicly Owned Land/Property).

Working alongside associate company Marchini Curran Associates, MCp lead on the production of the planning submission, including a public consultation exercise, through to a positive outcome, all within a very tight timescale. We then dealt with discharge and variation of conditions and associated applications concerning a historic wall on the site.
