MCp was brought on board to advise on and conclude matters relating to outstanding conditions and s106 obligations on a build with a complicated planning history, as the scheme approached completion. Involved in working collaboratively with the client’s solicitor, consultants, and the Local Planning Authority to satisfy all matters. Solutions for unachievable obligations and requirements were devised, agreed upon, and implemented.
