MCp was commissioned to secure planning approval for an extension to the existing offices of a local firm. Due to size and location constraints, an innovative solution was required to deliver sufficient parking. Pre-application discussions with the Highways Authority enabled the eventual approval of a stacked car parking system to facilitate the development.
